Who is this smiling fellow?
It's me, your trusted web developer!
I founded Example7 in 2005 and have been working full-time as a freelance developer ever since. Today, the work involves collaborating with clients around the world from my Montreal studio.
Over the years, I have developed numerous custom WordPress themes and provided support for existing themes and additional projects. Collaborations with clients, independent designers, marketing departments, and agencies have become a natural extension of the work. Whether joining a larger team or working one-on-one, the goal has always been to build something beautiful, functional, and true to the brand.
I'm here to help with...
- Custom WordPress theme development or enhancements to existing themes
- Custom theme development for Shopify and template customization for Squarespace
- Setup and support for e-commerce platforms and content management systems
- WordPress maintenance plans including updates, backups, and security monitoring
- Recommendations for hosting and domain registration, plus seamless website migrations
- Assistance with debugging and troubleshooting website and hosting issues
- Malware and spambot removal, with full website recovery services
- AI-assisted workflows and careful adoption of emerging technologies
- Integration of SEO tools alongside agencies/teams
- Responsive design tuning for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
- Cross-browser testing using live devices for consistent views
- Prompt communication and fast turnaround via email or phone
